You must have integrity and consistency with your work efforts and focus. Please be professional and courteous with every interaction in public and in private settings. Never let personal feelings or emotions cause inappropriate nor unprofessional interactions occur.
Our supports are strictly contingent upon and subject to the individual and their support goals created during their annual PCSP meetings. We follow support strategies designed to direct our support work and we summarize a report monthly on the individual’s progress. This is our contractual obligation and our program’s focus. To provide focused supports on the individual’s goals and helping them improve and succeed in becoming as independent as possible within their living environment and within the community.
